Subprocessor List

This document supplements the Privacy Notice and identifies processors and infrastructure providers that handle personal data on behalf of Truedocs México S.A.P.I. de C.V. (“Próxima AI”, “Próxima”) to operate Próxima Console and related services.
We will update this list when we add, replace, or stop using a subprocessor. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.
Infrastructure location
Today Próxima infrastructure runs primarily in the eastern United States (us-east-1). A Mexico region is on the roadmap and is not yet available.
Some processors handle data outside Mexico (primarily the United States). Those transfers are made in accordance with Article 37 of the LFPDPPP and under agreements requiring confidentiality and security measures.

Truedocs (platform at api.truedocs.mx) is infrastructure operated by the same legal entity as Próxima AI, not an independent subprocessor.
